Shipping policy

What are your shipping rates?

We ship throughout New Zealand including Waiheke Island. If you require shipping to Great Barrier Island or Stewart Island please contact us for a shipping quote.

Our shipping rates cover three regions

Auckland $10

Rest of North Island $12

South Island $14

Rural Shipping - Generally we don’t charge extra for rural shipping, but we reserve the right to contact you for extra fees in certain circumstances.

Do you do same day delivery?

Kiwi Kids Gifts doesn't provide a same day service, all gifts are sent via courier. Our home base is Auckland so delivery is usually 2 working days for local addresses but can take up to 3-4 working days for long haul/inter-island. 

How soon will my gift order be shipped?

Our couriers collect items packages within 1-2 days. Friday  (after 8am) and weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday. 

In certain circumstances we will allow pick ups. Please contact us on info@kiwikidsgifts.co.nz to discuss.

It's really important that you provide a full and correct delivery address when you place an order. If there is an error in the address, re-delivery will incur an additional delivery charge. Kiwi Kids Gifts will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.

Courier delivery timeframes are a guide only. Once an order is with the courier we have no control over the timeframes, and we, like you, rely on their good service and timeliness.
